I conducted a full website audit to identify performance and UX issues causing lag and broken interactions. I redesigned the interface to create a modern, user-friendly experience and rebuilt key components to improve responsiveness. Through close collaboration and multiple revisions, I optimized structure, fixed category and domain issues, and delivered a stable, high-performing website.
